What if I want to cancel all or part of my order before it has shipped?

Please email us immediately at mail@colorloom.com to see if your order has shipped. If it has shipped we cannot cancel it. If it has not shipped, we will either cancel the order or adjust the order to your specifications.

Can I get a refund on the fabric I purchased if I don’t like it?

ColorLoom sells first quality fabrics that have been hand inspected yard by yard. Because the fabric has been pre-inspected for flaws and the fact that exact yardage is custom cut for each individual order, we cannot accept returns unless the fabric is damaged during shipping.

We highly recommend you order a swatch before ordering yardage to check color, pattern, and texture of the fabric. Fabric swatches are only $1.50 each and shipping is free.

Can I get a refund on the fabric because the color looked different on my computer screen?

We stand by our quality. Every fabric has been hand inspected before shipping. If you find that any fabric has flaws we will accept a return. You will receive replacement fabric, if available. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued to you. To get a return authorization (RA#) and a return shipping label send an email to mail@colorloom.com. Do not send fabric back until you have received an RA# from us.
