We stand by our products 100%, but if something has a defect as a result of manufacturing, we will refund or exchange the defective item within 90 days of purchase. If the fabric is no longer available, and you would like an exchange, then we will work together to choose a similar product of equal or lesser value. Consumers are responsible for the cost of shipping items covered under this warranty.

ColorLoom is not responsible for the standard wear-and-tear of our products including pilling, fading, tearing, stains or shrinkage as a result of negligence, soiling, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, pets or commercial use. Please note that dry cleaning can result in shrinkage of cotton fabric, of which ColorLoom is not responsible for. ColorLoom is not responsible for dry cleaning errors. Variations in fabric colors are not covered under this warranty. In order for the product to be eligible for terms under this warranty, proper care instructions must be followed and the original purchase receipt must be presented.
